As appointment availability is currently subject to change, available booking times may not always be visible. If no times are showing, please contact me via email to arrange an appointment.

All payments are securely handled via our trusted booking software, Halaxy.

Once your booking is confirmed you will be provided with a link where you can manage your booking online.
We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Repeated cancellations or no-show appointments may result in difficulty scheduling future appointments.
I recognise that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen, and I will always do my best to accomodate you, if you’re unable to make an appointment.

Our clinic operates on a private billing basis, requiring full payment upfront.
Check with your GP that you’re eligible for a Chronic Disease Management plan. This will entitle you up to 5 Medicare rebated session per year.
If eligible for medicare, your receipt from Your Nutrition Guide will allow you to claim a partial Medicare rebate online. Additionally, if you have private health insurance, check with your provider to see if you’re eligible to submit a claim for reimbursement.

We are currently a private billing clinic and unable to provide discounted consults to Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) card holders & NDIS participants.

No deposit or card details are required at the time of booking.
You'll receive an invoice that you can pay either directly via BPAY prior to your appointment, or at the time of our meeting.
